Packaging is more than just preserving a product or making it easy to store and transport. The perfect outer shell is a strong selling point and, as such, a marketing tool. At SalzburgMilch, we are well aware of this and offer a large variety of packaging options in different sizes and shapes.

HDPE Bottles

We offer HDPE bottles, which are manufactured with 30 % recycled materials. These are available in sizes 200, 250, 330, 470 and 500 ml and as mono-, 3- and 6-layer bottles to ensure different shelf lives of up to 12 months at room temperature (5–25 °C). Rills increase packaging stability and improve handling for consumers.

DomeMini - Carton Bottle

SIG DomeMini offers the protective and environmental benefits of an aseptic carton while embodying the convenience of a bottle. Featuring a sleek, distinctive design and a large central closure, it ensures an excellent drinking experience with minimal residue. Extremely versatile, it supports 7 filling sizes from 180 ml to 350 ml across a wide variety of products for easy, on-the-go handling.

Cups

Well-established: we offer cups in differing sizes from 125 g to 500 g and with a diameter of 75 mm or 95 mm. For cups with 95 mm diameter, we offer snap-on lids that allow for additional fillings such as cereals. In addition, we offer drinking lid platines that allow for direct drinking, making them ideal for on-the-go consumption of drinking yogurts and other liquid products.

Gable Top Cartons

Gable Top cartons offer proven functionality and protection for dairy products. Alongside Elopak packaging in 0.5 l, 0.75 l, and 1 l sizes, our filling lines support systems like Tetra Pak and SIG. Equipped with integrated tethered caps (T-Caps) for full compliance with the EU Single-Use Plastics Directive, we provide reliable, high-speed carton filling solutions engineered for your brand.

Tray

It’s packaging for the packaging: Ideal conditions for transport and refrigerator resistance are the basic prerequisites of our trays. Depending on the size of the bottles, there are trays for 6, 8, 10 or 12 pieces. These are available in a neutral white, full carton wrap-around, or can be customized on request. The trays can be welded in foil and are provided with an EAN 128 code and batch return tracking number. Goods dispatch is on standard Euro-pallets.
